This is the last week of the Franschhoek Art in Clay Festival. Titled, The Setting – contemporary ceramic tableware, the beautiful exhibition in the La Motte maturation cellar features 30 ceramic artists and studios as well as a set table by The Potter’s Gallery. Do make a point of visiting us this week!
If you cannot make it however, please note that works by 16 of the 30 artists on exhibition at La Motte, can also be viewed in their studios as they opened their studio doors as part of Western Cape Potters Open Studios until the end of November. This initiative celebrates Ceramic Month as well as Cape Town’s status as 2014 World Design Capital.
